Are the weight management packages customizable?
At MediQuick Weight Loss, our packages are fully customizable to meet your individual needs. We offer 30 to 90 day packages that include a combination of medical consultation, appetite suppressants, vitamin injections and nutritional coaching. As an added bonus, our packages are all inclusive. We have no hidden costs or additional fees outside of the price of your selected package. For example, our foundational 1 month package starts at only $99. If this is the package that works for meeting your personal goals, then when you check out, you will only be charged $99.

Are there any additional costs or consultation fees?
We are so very proud of our ever-expanding program and our team vision is unified to provide the best possible service, increased dietary awareness, with the ultimate goal of improving the health of our patients. There is no place for the undue stress and unnecessary misdirection of hidden costs or additional fees in our program. The ONLY time you would need to pay for your consultation outside of our existing packages is for your annual consultation with our stand-alone Vitamin injection program or in the case that you did not medically qualify for any of our weight management packages after your consultation (current cost of consultation is $50; in which case you could apply the consultation towards participation in our stand-alone Vitamin injection program).

What is the Vitamin program?
Do you want the additional health benefits of our Vitamin injections without participating in our weight loss program? If your answer is "Yes," then our Vitamin program is for you. Our Vitamin program was established to allow all of our patients an avenue to receive our Vitamin injections outside of our weight loss packages. The first step to participate in our Vitamin program is to reach out to us through email here: MQ appointments or simply call us at 770-514-2020. Our annual consultation is only $50 and thereafter the only cost to you is the price of the injections themselves for the following 11 months!
What is our cancellation policy?
At MediQuick Weight Loss, we understand that "life happens". If you find yourself in need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment or do not provide at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule their scheduled appointment will be responsible for a $50 missed appointment charge. This charge must be paid on or before your next scheduled appointment. Since we value your treatment and care, we reserve your scheduled appointment time just for you, free from "double booking." Our 24-hour cancellation policy allows us the time we need to offer your newly available appointment time to one of our patient's on our wait-list.
